Threshold of Transformation: Strategic Vision for Victim SafetyState of Oklahoma
For Tribal Service Providers
The Oklahoma Coalition Against Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault and the Oklahoma Office of the Attorney General, with the assistance of Integrated Concepts, is developing a statewide strategic plan for providing services to victims of interpersonal violence. A key component of this process is obtaining important input from Tribal Victim Service Providers throughout Oklahoma and tapping into your experience and expertise. In July 2017, we are sponsoring five focus groups in Oklahoma City to hear from a wide range of key stakeholders.
Goals of Focus Group
— Identify strengths and gaps in services provided to victims of interpersonal violence in Oklahoma.
— Identify strengths and gaps in state laws and agency policies that guide the provision of victim services in Oklahoma.
— Gather participants’ opinions about how to improve the implementation of victims’ rights and provision of victim services in Oklahoma.
The three-hour focus group will be co-facilitated by Penny L. Pricer and Sheree L. Hukill of Integrated Concepts who are guiding our needs assessment and strategic planning process. ALL INFORMATION SHARED DURING THE FOCUS GROUPS WILL BE AGGREGATED FOR REPORTING PURPOSES TO ENSURE CONFIDENTIALITY!
